2. Subscription Services

2.1 Automated Arbitrage Platform

Our automated arbitrage platform subscriptions are subject to the following refund terms:

  • Free Trial Period: If we offer a free trial period and you cancel during this period, no charge will be made to your payment method.
  • First-Time Subscribers: For first-time subscribers, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days, you may request a full refund by contacting our customer support team.
  • Active Subscriptions: For active subscriptions beyond the 7-day period, we do not offer prorated refunds for the unused portion of the current billing cycle. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

2.2 Strategy Consulting Services

Our strategy consulting services are subject to the following refund terms:

  • Pre-Consultation Cancellation: Full refund if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation.
  • Late Cancellation: 50% refund if canceled less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.
  • No-Show or Last-Minute Cancellation: No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation or for failing to attend a scheduled session.
  • Completed Consultations: No refund is available after the consultation has been delivered, regardless of satisfaction level.

3. Digital Products

3.1 Educational Programs

Our educational programs and courses are subject to the following refund terms:

  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with an educational program, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the course content.
  • Beyond 14 Days or 25% Completion: No refunds are available after 14 days from the purchase date or if you have completed more than 25% of the course content, whichever occurs first.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of eBooks and other downloadable resources are final and non-refundable once the download has been initiated.
